Collective Concept is a creative, boutique hair salon tucked in the heart of Downtown Boise. Home to a team of independent hair artists, each bringing their own style and expertise, we believe every guest deserves an experience as unique as they are. Our goal is simple: to bring your inner beauty outward and help you leave feeling just like yourself – beautiful.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Collective Concept, we value our artists’ time and appreciate your consideration when scheduling appointments. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50%–100% of the scheduled service total. We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your understanding that reserved appointment times are difficult to fill on short notice.
